Lemaire – Mont d’Hor Mont d’Hor Extra Brut Réserve Champagne

An Extra Brut Champagne from Lemaire in Saint-Thierry, north-west of Reims, blending Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with a high proportion of reserve wine and very low dosage. Clear, bright pale gold, with a delicate nose of citrus, green apple, nuts and freshly baked bread. The palate is appealing and balanced with a creamy mouthfeel, citrus, nutty and saline-mineral notes and good length. An elegant aperitif, also good with shellfish and cheese.
