Famille Cattin Alsace Grand Cru ‘Hatschbourg’ Riesling

A dry Alsace Grand Cru Riesling from the Hatschbourg lieu-dit (marl-limestone, south-east facing) made by the Cattin family. Rich gold in the glass, with an intense, mineral nose marked by gunflint, white-fleshed fruit and citrus. The palate is racy and full-bodied, with pronounced minerality, fine citrus notes and a precise, fresh acidity. A gastronomic Riesling — excellent with fish, seafood, white meats and choucroute.
