A young, dry Sicilian white from Alcesti blending Catarratto and Grecanico, fermented at controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel. Bright straw-yellow, with intense aromas of fresh Mediterranean and yellow fruit. Light, fresh and harmonious on the palate with balanced acidity and a dry close. A natural aperitif and a match for Mediterranean fish dishes.
