A villages-level Southern Rhône from Séguret, blending Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Ripe and darker in fruit profile, with baked blackcurrant and blackberry aromas lifted by sunny garrigue herbs, cherry from the Grenache and a touch of pepper from the Syrah. Full-ish and bone-dry, balanced by firm tannins and a savoury, slightly bitter grip that gives it real ageing capacity. Pairs with beef, lamb and game.
