Louis Van’t Hooghof Blanc de Noirs Brut

A Belgian méthode-traditionnelle sparkling wine from Heuvelland (Kemmelberg, West Flanders), made entirely from Pinot Noir by Champagne-trained Thierry Niziolek and aged at length on the lees. Light gold with a fine, elegant mousse; fresh aromas of apple, stone fruit and quince meet brioche, butter and a stony minerality from the iron-rich sandstone soils. Broad yet finely structured on the palate, taut and mineral, with a long, refined finish. A characterful aperitif, or with fish, shellfish and sushi.
